Hubby and I were chatting when he sent me this photos. At first glance, I thought it wasn’t me in the picture. For one, the person is slimmer and younger. After a while I realized it was me doing an interview with a government official. I noticed the panda notebook that I was writing on and look for it in the cabinet. I found it and searched for the entries. So, this picture was taken in October 2003. I’m interviewing Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) Executive Director General Efren Quimpo Fernandez at his office in Quezon City.
I wish I could be this slimmer again (smaller than my present size).
